The NZCER 'Me and My School' survey was conducted during Term 3 of 2009. It was the data that we chose to determine whether we were addressing student engagement as identified in the school goals.
The results were positive and while we used a representative sample of 60 students in Year 9 and 10, there was a sense that we needed to survey more.
